GAME LOCATIONS:
Northwest Location: Polo Community Park 11801 Noriega Road Bakersfield, CA
Southwest Location: Kaiser Permanente Sports Village 9001 Ashe Road Bakersfield, CA
SEASON LENGTH:
The season consists of ten practice weeks, eight regular-season games, and a postseason playoff tournament with each team playing at least one additional game.
GAME DAYS AND TIMES:
Games are played on, Tuesday (Northwest) and Thursday (Southwest) evenings.
Games times are 6:00 p.m., 6:50 p.m., 7:40 p.m., and 8:30 p.m.
We work to make the younger age groups play at early time slots. Times may vary per season due to Daylight Saving Time.
Games are 40 minutes long, with two halves.
PRACTICE DAYS AND TIMES:
Teams practice at least once per week. Times and locations are decided by the Head Coach and vary from team to team.
COMPETITIVE DIVISION:
Our Competitive Division is for players, coaches or teams who play to have fun. Your child will learn the basic fundamentals of passing and catching. It's designed as an introductory division to develop an understanding of rules, teamwork, fundamentals and sportsmanship
ELITE DIVISION:
Our Elite Division is designed for players, coaches and teams who play to win, and have a skill level to reflect that. This division is a natural fit for young players who have developed into all-stars on their respective recreational teams. These players will develop a greater love for the game and improve their individual skill set at a much quicker pace by playing with and against other highly skilled players and teams.
TEAMS:
Our teams consist of 8-10 players.
You will have the option to list a friend, sibling, or coach that you would like to have placed together with your child. All buddy requests must be submitted through our system. Sibling requests are guaranteed, as are requests by coaches to coach their own child the vast majority of the time. Friend requests are not guaranteed, but we do our best to accomodate the requests.
We do not currently accept team registrations. The most effective way to register a complete team is to have the coach register first, and then have the interested players request the coach under the Coach Request section of registration.
Coaching our youth league programs can be a fun and rewarding experience. The commitment is limited to a few hours per week. All coaches will be required to attend a one-hour training course and sign our Coach's Code of Conduct Agreement.
AGE CUT OFF:
Spring Season Age Cut Off is March 1st
Fall Season Age Cut Off is August 1st
Winter Season Age Cut Off is November 1st
For most tournaments, the age cut off is August 1st. Age cut offs are subject to change at anytime per league's Board Members and ownership.
We allow children to "play up" in older age groups if they so desire. Children are not allowed to play down in younger divisions without written permission from the league.
WHY CHOSE ALL OUT?
*We believe participation in an organized youth sports activity is about more than just the sport; it's about the entire experience for the parent and the child.
*Use of Orientations to introduce new teams and individuals to the game and its rules prior to the beginning of a season.
*No Parental Politics!
*All Coaches are subject to a background check and are certified.
*League Representatives are always on-site to offer assistance.
*Special Requests to play on the same team with a friend, sibling are welcome.
*Game rules and league policies are reviewed at the conclusion of each season to determine where improvements can be made to both the game and the organization.
*Our Leagues promote having fun, playing safe, and getting active in a healthy competitive environment while rewarding the value of good sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork skills.
*We now require birth certificates for age verification.
